FASHION SHOOT KATE BRAMWELL COLE

Kate commisioned a set of fashion shots for her new online shop.

Tim Nathan produced stills and an exelent promo video to use on the web and social media.

Sewing and designing from a young age Kate studied fashion at Salisbury Art College. Shortly after graduating Kate moved to York in 1988 and spent many years developing a new growing interest for ceramics concentrating on wheel thrown decorative and functional forms. She has since been selected to exhibit many times at Art in Clay ,Potfest and Ceramics South East and her work has since been shown in galleries both in the UK and abroad. Whilst the ceramics became the main focus during this time Kate never abandoned her passion for clothes design, making garments for herself, her children and on request of her friends. Moving from Hounslow, London to St Leonards on Sea in 2010, Kate found the opportunity to unite both interests by opening a shop in Norman Road, St Leonards.

Individuality and uniqueness capture the essence of Kates work. She doesn't create lines of garments rather an evolving series of one off designs offering that one of one exclusivity. With an emphasis on re-using materials, recycling, dyeing and modifying Kate mainly designs and sews at work whilst continuing to create new glazes and ceramics from her studio at home.

"It is as if the drama and anticipation of changing skies and moody seas echo the complication and confusion of our troubled minds. These scenes witnessed through a lens and cast within a frame speak of personal human pain, experiences and circumstances, temper our suffering. The sea and sky bring us a calm wonder and visceral moments in time. Nature's visual gift to us is that of peace and joy." EDDIE KNIGHT

GOOD GOVERNANCE INSTITUTE
HTV are proud to be working with the good governance Institute. Its predictions and observations of performance in the NHS during this pandemic present great opportunities. Will they be missed? Andre Corbet-Nolan presents three short videos. "Rather sadly GGI predicted that NHS governance would return to full-fat routines as we pulled through the first stage of the pandemic and disappointingly we are right. The reason we believe is a misappreciation of what actually happened to board working in those three months and as sure as eggs are eggs NHS governance will return back to a porridge of lengthy board and committee meetings and the famed 200 page papers #valuecreation #leadership #governance #healthcare #ethics #medicalmanagement . But understanding what actually happened those three months helps find a way to keep decision making agile and assurance focussed on only the necessary"
